What is the status of my incident #215883099? I love that no is getting back to me. Been tried since 9/6 for some type of resolution or at least someone at Grubhub who can help. Going to the website and the help area? No help.

@Grubhub , you customer service is terrible. 2 lunches in San Francisco, CA can get ordered on my account; I am in Savannah GA. You are contacted right when it happens but a week can go by and there is no one at Grubhub who can help. #passthebuck
