Loper Bright (LB) has the potential to change the structure of power in the U.S. Is that good or bad? Depends on who you are, where you think power should be + what you think of disruptive change.
A day-of-opinion 🧵about who/what could stop the change (= Congress/lower courts) + what this means for the President, agencies, OIRA, businesses & the public.
Curious if anyone else is having really shady behavior related to #FedEx deliveries? Every place I've ordered from that uses them has ended with missing deliveries marked 'delivered' even though they were signed for in a different town than the intended destination. #whatshoingon
I now refuse to purchase anything from any seller that delivers via #FedEx. It's not worth the time and energy it takes to get refunded and I never even get my s*** anyways. #0hbtw#wheresmystuff
And then they basically deny any claim unless I have to go through the seller and get the seller to mark it as a miss delivery. But the seller sees verification from #FedEx that it was delivered even though it wasn't.
It's really curious. It gets signed for in the same town every time which is 20 minutes from me. Once it's signed for Mark delivered #fedex stops tracking it and the seller is told that I received it. But I don't ever receive it because it never even makes it to my town. #fedex
Mike Pence failed to keep people safe during Indiana's HIV outbreak. He failed to keep people safe when his administration locked kids in cages and dog-whistled white supremacists. And he failed to keep people safe as head of the coronavirus task force.
Y'all, the 16th happens to be my bday, and the best gift would be hearing the awesome topics you want to present at the Teaching the Teachers Conference. Get your proposals in! #LawLibrarians
