@lyemcfly sell it on contract. you'll still have the income for a while, and you will have someone who has skin in the game and won't trash it. Last thing you want is renting it to someone who will trash it and you'll get it back having to sink in another 5-10k to get it decent again

@CohenSite Whether true or not, this is definitely a widely held belief. I was shocked by the amount of folks who prefer a mobile home to an apartment because of the privacy and not having to listen to your neighbors through the walls.

@STLChrisH Yes. I specifically try and get the chuck in a truck or mom n pop. 1.) you get better service. They’ll be back to fix anything and not charge you up the ass and upsell/cross-sell and 2.) I genuinely feel better about giving them my business and helping them out.
