@rapidobikeapp I have still not receoved any reply for the complaint raised for being overcharged. The driver refused to leave until I paid the amount he demanded. I would like to know what action is being taken on this.
@rapidobikeapp Trivial issue of overcharging and unruly behaviour the driver is being ignored by @rapidobikeapp how on earth can we expect them to take any action for safety and other serious issues. I think they simply don't care.
