Happy #InternationalRunningDay!
What better way to celebrate than by looking back at my first Half Marathon at the Absa 7 Hills Run.
22.1km of pushing limits, testing resilience, and proving to myself that I could go farther than I thought.

We are proud to be represented by a team of young people at the 9th @rhnkorg Pan African Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Conference 2026.
As champions of meaningful youth participation, our young delegates are sharing experiences, learning from peers across Africa, and amplifying the voices of young people in conversations that shape the future of sexual and reproductive health and rights.
We are advancing youth-led solutions, building partnerships, and ensuring that no young person is left behind.

Menstruation is natural. Shame, stigma, and silence should never be part of the experience.
This Menstrual Health Month, let us create a world where every girl and woman can manage their period with dignity, confidence, and access to accurate information and menstrual health products.
No one should miss school, work, or opportunities simply because of their period.
At RHU, we believe menstrual health is not just about periods, it is about health, dignity, education, equality, and empowerment.
Let us talk openly. Let us end period stigma. Let us support safe and informed menstrual health choices.
Your period is not something to hide. It is a sign of strength, health, and life.

This International Women’s Day, we reflect on the diverse realities of women and girls, including those navigating poverty, climate shocks, displacement, and unequal access to health services.
Across these different experiences, one thing remains clear: access to sexual and reproductive health information and services is essential for dignity, resilience, and opportunities.
RHU remains committed to working with communities, partners, and young people to ensure that every woman and girl, in all her diversity, can exercise her rights and make informed choices about her health and future.
Happy International Women’s Day!

The message was clear; To brand your voice with integrity.
To speak with empathy, not echo.
Because every survivor’s story deserves both heart and honour.
#NOVOFGMUg
Self-awareness, personal branding, and effective communication, three threads weaving power into every story told.
Our participants this morning glimpsed this truth, that to tell another’s story, you must first know your own.

Day 2 of #UDCH2025 we have been exploring the social determinants of health—income, education, employment, social support, environment, housing, access to care & food security. These factors shape wellbeing and must be addressed to build healthier communities.
