GSTR-3B issue
I declared some earlier month’s transaction in March-26
Paid Intt along with Mar-26 3B
Now In Apr-26 GSTR-3B the portal is again demanding intt and unless paid its not allowing to file!
Any solution ?

Appointment taken online & travelled and arrived in heat - Later came to know that VPN is not getting connected !
What is the use of getting appointment ?

E-Inv technical limitations
E-Inv applicable to supplier (A)
But recipient’s (B) GSTIN was cancelled at time of transaction. So E-Inv could not be generated
Today, B’s GSTIN is restored.
But E-Inv cannot be generated today. How B will get ITC now ?

@airtelindia on a call with customer executive I asked for IPTV request. Paid Rs.500/-. The person said that it will be installed in 24-48 hrs. No installation yet. Called customer care number but all computerised options only wasting the time. Can you resolve this pl?

Its almost more than a Fortnight that the request is pending.
No support from call centre.
No action from Airtel Team.
Can you pl look into this and resolve it asap pl
Banks are increasingly asking CAs to certify end-use of loans in advance... essentially asking us to confirm how funds will be used in the future.
यह कोई FACTS नहीं है कि CA certify कर दे कि पैसा आगे कैसे उपयोग होगा। As a CA, मैं केवल existing records के आधार पर verification कर सकता हूं, न कि भविष्य के future utilisation की गारंटी...
As per professional principles, certification should be based on facts and records, not on intentions or future conduct of the borrower.
If banks need borrower declarations, they should clearly obtain them as borrower undertakings, not shift responsibility onto professionals through loosely worded certificates.
Professional bodies and banks need to align on clear guidelines to avoid unnecessary professional risk.

If due date of GSTR-3B cannot be extended after yesterdays fiasco, here is a suggestion-
Late Fees shall be collected from 14th of every month as soon as GSTR-2B is generated..
Else someone has to take the responsibility because it was not only for GST Returns that portal was not working but many other compliance are required to be done which fail due to such inefficient working of Portal..@Infosys_GSTN
Portal needs to function..As much as is the responsibility is of the taxpayer to file return timely..greater responsibility lies with @Infosys_GSTN to have the portal working when GSTR-2B is generated by 14th and return is to be filed by 20th...#GSTR3BExtension..
Never understood this “Static GSTR-2B” logic…
Why should I suffer if my supplier files GSTR-1 late?
If ITC is visible in GSTR-2A before I file GSTR-3B,
why deny it just because of an arbitrary cut-off?
This isn’t compliance.
This is forcing taxpayers to fix system limitations.
Instead of ease of doing business,
we’re doing endless reconciliations for no fault of ours.
