Das Gesetz ist eindeutig: Die Bundesländer können Corona-Maßnahmen pauschal nur maximal bis zum 2. April verlängern. Danach gilt die Hotspot-Regelung. Am Gesetz kann auch eine Gesundheitsministerkonferenz nichts ändern, sondern nur der Deutsche Bundestag.
