@Osinttechnical Considering the number of armed MQ-9s and A-10 flying over the area (uncontested), how exactly would Iran deploy "extra troops and air defenses" to the island? I don't think they're enjoying a lot of freedom of movement at the moment...
@GerriK92@sentdefender You're mixing up Camp V and Union III base near the Embassy. U3 isn't on the old Victory grounds. Nato Mission Iraq (NMI) base is U3.
@sentdefender Based on the Economist Intelligence Unit's Democracy Index 2024 (released in 2025), out of the 26 countries listed (Kosovo is not included in the index), 19 are classified as hybrid regimes or authoritarian regimes, which are led by dictators or rank poorly on democratic scales.
