There’s no official number. On X, someone calling a near-zero-follower account a bot is common. Treat it as likely if you reply in public, not as a platform verdict.
Why people do it
Low followers is the cheapest “bot check” users use. Also: new account, default or unused avatar, no banner, few posts, instant replies on big accounts, copied wording, or political threads. None of that proves you’re a bot. It just fits the stereotype.

Rough feel, not a statistic
You only lurk / never reply: almost nobody will say it.

You reply once under a mid-size post: maybe.
You reply under Elon, news, or culture-war posts: high chance at least one person says “bot.” Often within minutes.
You reply a lot from a 0-follower account: very high. Some accounts run mute/block lists that auto-assume that.
That’s usually other users, not X Support. X’s own bot labels and suspensions use different signals (behaviour, spam graphs, stolen media, coordination). Zero followers alone does not mean X will call you a bot.

How to look less like one
Post a few normal things, add a photo and bio, follow some people, don’t mass-reply the same line. Even 20–50 followers and a handful of original posts cuts the “you’re a bot” replies a lot.
So: probability someone calls you a bot if you jump into busy threads with ~0 followers — fairly high. Probability you are treated as a bot by X itself for that reason alone — low.
