Today is 1/2 and nycha still hasn't responded to my tickets. Crazy thing is I was expecting the plumber to come on the 31st and they changed my ticket date to the 3rd. No sense of urgency. Hoping the borough investigator can help.

I cant stand Whitney. Heather too. But Whit the most. Her facial expressions when Mer was expressing herself were straight up nasty. Shes being vulnerable and Whit couldnt wait to tear her down. Calling her an addict and ignoring Heather's prob. Is diabolical.

@Uber what is going on with ur deivers accepting a ride then going all out of the route and never showing up. I have had to force them to cancel because they wait for me to do so. Unacceptable. I have to tell them I am contacting Uber then they cancel.

I would take it personal. I ended up leaving my apt for several days because the emotional and mental well-being of me and my children was at stake, came back and still nothing from nycha. It felt personal. But again. Still waiting. No one has responded. The sink is gurgling

@nyc311 @Skyegirl21_ Nycha was and still is no help. It's 12/29 and no one has shown up to do anything about the flooding. 5 days. I left my apt with my kids and the other tenant is home and he has said that no one has shown up. Emergency services never responded.

I left because there is no way I can sit in that apt and watch it get destroyed and continue to clean dirty sewer water until Tuesday

I have calls and dms and Twitter posts. I called the management office. I saw caretakers outside and I begged. I cried to the ccc and nothing. No one helped. I had no choice but to pack up and leave because I had to keep carrying my kids to the bathroom. They were on their beds.

I ended up leaving my apt. with my children in tow. I could no longer mentally deal with the water and those conditions. I left yesterday and said it is what it is. The fact that a person who lives in public housing has nowhere to turn for repairs is not ok. #nycha

Considering the apt is flooding and @NYCHA thinks it's ok to schedule a plumber for 12/31 goes crazy. This is the most backwards organization i have ever dealt with in my life. 12/31 means I have to deal with flooding and dirty water for another 5 days. Smh.

Mind you, the water removal ticket still hasn't been addressed. That is also waiting to be scheduled. This makes no sense.

3 days and counting of inhumane conditions in my apt. Thanks to nycha, my kids, and I had a ruined holiday. I return to work tonight and am afraid to go in because who is going to be home to clean up the water when it pours out again.

The fact that I have spent 2 days with a flooding apt. I begged, cried and pleaded since Tuesday 12/24, and no one cared to show up and take care of the problem is crazy to me. #Nycha is heartless. I was told emergency services was coming to take care ofnthe problem and nothing.
