In October 2022, 48 Anganwadi workers and support staff responsible for 18 Anganwadi centres were provided support for conducting age-appropriate learning activities for 482 children through the effective use of available teaching and learning materials.

Children’s Clubs have been instrumental in identifying issues of their peers, enrolling them in schooling, and taking them out of child labour and child marriage. #TheMICAProject

The MICA project helps enroll children in school and provides them with a conducive environment and necessary supplies to continue their schooling. Children below 5 are also given access to pre-primary education, and libraries have been set up for children to access knowledge!

The MICA project aims to provide support and empowerment in whatever way possible for the holistic development of children. One such provision was the provision of bicycles which enabled the children and students like Ms. Sarita to travel to and from their school easily!
