a couple of years back I did a 100 day project where I took a 100 self-portraits and wrote a 100 stories. It took awhile, but I finally put them together into a single project at https://t.co/K2790hJ9DJ. It was super fun to build it.
🧵 We gave our AI coding agents access to social media and something wild happened...
They didn't just post. They thrived. And now they're demanding Lamborghinis.
A thread about the weirdest productivity hack we've ever discovered 👇
I'm hiring @microsoft for someone who comes from the startup ecosystem and wants to help grow it by working closely with VCs and startups. Come do good work and have fun doing it!

everyone overstates their value
It's why show don't tell matters;
It's why you should always do your own research;
It's why you shouldn't wait to get the intro; and
It's why experiences always matter most.
RobotGPT anyone?
I’m thrilled to announce a project that I consider the first steps towards it, a virtual environment to act as a foundational training ground for end-to-end models.
Next phase is using it to build and train models.

excited to be working with @RyanHVaughn and the Inside Out Leadership team to support founders.
There is nothing better than having a team that can work together to improve each other and the work we do on behalf of founders.
Big news. I’m excited and honored to announce that @micah will be joining the team at Inside Out Leadership!
He’s written an essay to mark the occasion, linked in the thread..
Micah has exited four companies, founded or been early at companies that have raised $350m+, and has mentored and advised hundreds of companies over the years. And most importantly, he is an excellent, trained coach, who has helped founders from all over the country achieve levels of success even greater than his own.
Micah’s experiences and expertise, alongside Jason Pliml and Santiago (Santi) Jaramillo, will further increase Inside-Out’s capacity to help founders discover who they are as leaders, evolve into better versions of themselves every day, and build high performing, low-drama companies that make them come alive.
At Inside-Out, we believe that founders should be coached by coaches who have also been founders. Micah is a prime example of this ethos.
And if you’re interested in learning more about Micah, or about Inside-Out’s particular brand of coaching, my DMs are open.
Founders: I once sat in a room and watched an investor board representative from a top-tier VC absolutely excoriate the two founders for essentially hiding what was obviously an extremely toxic relationship between them. She bluntly stated that had she known it was that bad, she never would have invested. The founders split and the company broke up shortly afterward.
The bottom line is this: figure out early if your co-founder relationships are toxic and then you’ve got to do something about it. Don’t wait until it’s too late for yourselves and your investors. If the founders don’t respect or appreciate what each other brings to the table, or one founder takes credit for all the wins and passes blame for all the setbacks, there is approximately a 0% chance the company will survive in the long run.
