@ssolveigg under my sternum. Breathing while keeping still under such conditions, while wearing a mask, wasn't easy. Keeping my lower back from locking up wasn't easy. Ignoring the pain in my frozen shoulder... If I'd been heavier and/or had breathing issues and/or a disability... Cruel!

@ssolveigg It's possible the locations where I had my breast MRIs wasn't the best; I wasn't offered headphones to block out the sounds, they had a loud bro country radio station on. The technician didn't use pillows to make me more comfortable. The weight of my torso on a narrow, hard thing

For me, being in the "Superman position" while trying to breathe in a way that didn't cause movement was very uncomfortable. My frozen shoulder didn't help.
