Alex's new site is https://t.co/tQyXVWqTSh - check it out. They couldn't silence him, although they tried and tried! You may or may not agree with everything Alex says, but he has proven that he will NOT bend to the establishment. And he paid a dear price for it. They took everything he owned and tried to silence him. They failed.
An ode to @infowars & the new network! After 16 years here, I wanted to give my retrospective and share it with you.
The birthplace of new media deserved better than the brutal public execution it received. Let’s talk about it!

Poland Was Not Allowed to Exist:
There are nations that survive through power, through armies, through victory and conquest, and then there are nations that survive because ordinary people refuse to stop being themselves when history tells them they are no longer permitted to exist. Poland belongs to the second kind.
For long stretches of time, Poland did not exist on maps. It vanished behind borders drawn by others, absorbed by empires that insisted it had never truly been real at all. Yet Poland continued anyway, not as a state but as a lived reality carried inside people who understood that identity does not require permission.
When the Polish state was erased, Poland moved into kitchens, churches, and classrooms held in secret, and into language spoken softly so it would not be overheard. It lived in prayers said from memory when books were forbidden, in songs passed down when flags were confiscated, and in the stubborn decision to raise children as Polish even when doing so carried risk.
Occupation did not end this. It intensified it.
Under German rule, Poland was not merely conquered. It was targeted for destruction as a people. The intention was not only to defeat Poland militarily but to eliminate its future by dismantling its culture, education, leadership, and family structure. Teachers, priests, professors, students, and community leaders were arrested and murdered in organized campaigns meant to decapitate society.
It is essential to state clearly that German terror in occupied Poland was not limited to the Intelligenzaktion or to the elimination of elites alone. Ordinary Poles were also imprisoned and killed in enormous numbers. Farmers, factory workers, shopkeepers, clerks, mothers, and children were seized in street roundups, taken as hostages, deported to prisons and concentration camps, executed in mass reprisals, or worked to death through forced labor. Guilt was irrelevant. Polish identity itself was sufficient cause.
Yet even under these conditions, Poland did not disappear.
It survived in underground schools where children learned forbidden lessons, in families who hid neighbors at the cost of their own lives, and in women who carried entire households on their backs while men were imprisoned, executed, or sent away. Survival was not romantic. It was exhausting, fearful, and incomplete. But it continued because people chose continuity over surrender.
This is what is often missed when Poland is reduced to a backdrop for larger histories. Poland was not merely a place where events occurred. It was a population forced to live inside history without shelter, without guarantees, and without the luxury of being remembered cleanly.
The tragedy is not only what Poland endured, but how often its endurance is treated as incidental. When a nation is remembered only in fragments, its people become footnotes to their own suffering.
Poland’s story is not one of purity or perfection. It is a story of persistence, a people who understood that if they stopped speaking, teaching, remembering, and raising children as themselves, then disappearance would finally succeed.
Poland did not survive because it was strong in the way empires admire strength. It survived because it refused to agree to its own erasure.
