First time using this combo for primary. Patient similar age and hope not to go back in any time soon.. Sure yours will hold up just fine. Straight knee + Farmer bone 💪🏼

@generalorthomd Looks good and often end up with same. Like and usually err on the side of varus partly by cutting 5 degrees on the femoral side (7 for valgus knees) Tibial side just like you have done 👍🏻 other option medial step cut/augment/sleeve but not needed to do that often.
