@ArchivoVAR That's completely wrong. Under IFAB rules, whether the ball is 'lost' or not doesn't give a defender a free pass to stamp on someone. If contacts after a player loses the ball didn't matter, defenders could just clear-cut wipe out anyone off the ball without getting penalized.
