I hate having to intervene on a fellow doc’s errors. Yesterday a patient came in feeling poorly, tachy and tremulous. The physician had the nerve to stop their Synthroid. It’s like, helloooo, the TSH is low, not high. Increase the dose! Glad I called the patient to let them know.

Current state of NP Training
1. No Entrance exam.
2. Minimal/no Nursing experience
3. 100% acceptance rate
4. Diploma Mill shortcut to medicine
5. Not meant as preparation for solo practice.

Rural MS is the last place a person trained like this should practice w/o oversight.
