If Congress can't step in we no longer live in a democracy. We live in an oligarchy run by the unelected Bureaucracy and unelected judiciary. Under Article I, Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution, Congress has the power "To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court," which means it can establish and regulate lower federal courts (e.g., district courts and courts of appeals). Combined with Article III, Section 2, which allows Congress to define the scope of federal judicial jurisdiction (including exceptions to the Supreme Court’s appellate jurisdiction), this authority gives Congress significant control over the structure and operation of the federal judiciary below the Supreme Court. Here’s what it takes for Congress to exercise this power: would be more effective

The left’s plan is to have constant resistance through the courts, legally sound or not, so the @HouseGOP need to do the same. Immediately keep impeaching these unconstitutionally sound judges to keep THEM tied up in senate hearings. If they turn around and do the same thing again, turn around & impeach them again.
