This is what happens when you have an uneducated (in politics) populace who treat voting like a popularity contest. Limit them to 4 years force them to get something done. Less time off

@fred_guttenberg This is so sad. But I heard on the news that they found the little boy under his dad who had been shot and killed. The father was saving his sons life.
