@desifuego TLDR; “uncapped” actually means “capped at 20”, there are very few truly uncapped abilities in the game, and those that exist don’t make up a large portion of their specs’ damage.
@desifuego Uncapped aoe is kind of a meme. If you really want to understand why it is the way that it is, check out this article https://t.co/EfnyCdKbcQ.
@Valtaik42@desifuego But demo lock… isn’t meta rn? Nor has it been meta at all in the last expansion? In fact four of the five meta specs are different from last season
@gweedoz@DylanMcD8 Even the most naive solution of checking every number in the list would be very fast until much larger numbers than 8000, but there are tons of faster solutions like binary search or a hash table that would make it effectively instant for even absurdly large block lists.
@_Reloe Timegating gear makes perfect sense, it has always been this way. Raid lockouts have existed since vanilla to gate your gear progression. Go play an ARPG for two weeks and then quit if you want to know what wow would feel like with no timegating.
@jdotb I assume what they mean by this is that they don’t want to rearrange the meta. I’m sure they did not intentionally make bear do more damage, but since it worked out that way they don’t want to completely nuke it mid season and force people to reroll.
@SaffronSalem Unless I’m missing something, unless you have a focus set this just kicks the nearest enemy which is unlikely to be the one that’s casting.
@Chetrokio@TamirWow How would you count that tho? There’s no way to know how much damage you would have done without PI because you would have pressed different buttons, so you can’t do the math to see how much of the damage should belong to the priest.
@TheQuietLynx@1ssve It is in CA but they get around it by posting a ridiculously large range. The law doesn’t say anything about the salary range being accurate…
@KreiviGrunttila@AkhausLeandro Energy is not unique to rogue tho, monks and feral druids have it too. Rogue class identify should be distinct from that
