@PoweredbyOWC I'd like to see an OWC blog post explaining why the new Envoy Ultra has such strict system requirements. Why doesn't it work on any computer with a Thunderbolt 3 port, regardless of OS version? Why does it require a different macOS for Intel Macs?

@SmithsonianChan What's up with the season/episode for the new Air Disasters? Northern Extremes on 9/8 was listed in the program guide as S20 Ep30, but the upcoming Lockerbie Disaster is S23 Ep2102. Either the 30 episodes in S20 really should be S20, S21, S22, or this is S21 E02.

The easy way to tell if this is your issue: 1) Does Sophos icon > ... > About say 10.6.0? and 2) does Terminal command systemextensionsctl list | grep scanextension say version 10.5.0 activated? If yes, that's why the icon is orange.

@SophosHome There's a problem with Sophos Home 10.6.0 on macOS Monterey 12.7.3: after it updates from 10.5.0 it gets orange Real-time Protection Not Running. Confirmed by complete re-install to 10.5.0; same problem again after auto-update to 10.6.0

@Ask_Spectrum Why does the search-by-genre in the ODN guide no longer list any upcoming airtimes? Now it only lists On Demand and PPV. Before you could use this to search the Guide (i.e. upcoming scheduled shows). There's no other way to search by genre.

@SophosHome and under 10.6.0, not even the deleting the extensions and putting back will trigger any notifications before or after the reboot. And the SophosScanAgent, com.sophos.endpoint.scanextension.systemextension, and SophosServiceManager all have Full Disk Access.

@SophosHome I don't think you're getting it. Sophos was on 10.5.0, which worked. It updated to 10.6.0, which was orange. After exhausting all the troubleshooting steps, reinstalled from Dashboard, which put it back to 10.5.0 -- working. Then it auto-updated to 10.6.0, which is orange.
