Okay @Astros Joe Espada, now this is the type of game you put in Bryan Abreu to eat up the last innings no matter how many runs he gives up so you don’t ruin any of the real relief pitchers we have.

But I’m sure you will wait till there is a game that we can blow when you put him in there.

It could be because my TV just doesn’t pick up the crowd noise but that crowd sounds dead in Daikin Park. Just like the @Astros.

It seems like this happens many times in Major league baseball and why you never know what’s going to happen when you go to a game. You have 2 aces going and it seems like this is going to be a great pitcher’s duel but neither one can go even five innings.

Does anyone know how many more starts he needs to qualify?

@AdamSpolane @michaelschwab13 @brianmctaggart @AdamJWexler I just counted if I didn’t miss any he has 41 innings pitched coming into tonight‘s game. So, let’s say he gets 7 innings tonight. It would be 48 in 63 games. So, unless he pitches a few complete games-He probably will need four or five more games after tonight to qualify.
