@AmazonUK I have a problem with a frozen account. I have been chatting live for hours with no success and eventually got an email from a manager, supposedly to reassure me. Their email was appalling. They even signed it off ‘warmest regards Default’. How do I make a complaint?

@LeShuttle_Help is there a problem with the screens? Your website says running on time but the screens suggest very, very long delays. It’s 18:01 and our train is D, which if on time is due to depart at 18:48. Which is wrong, the screens or your website?

@LeShuttle_Help @tamieg1 But none of your team is managing the queues. So there is a lot of queue jumping and some go far faster than others. Don’t just blame the governments - you haven’t deployed sufficient resource either. It’s a mess.
