@CircleLineBT If the land cannot take the weight of the structure it requires more materials, more work and more money meaning not suited the social housing. Yes loft lines is working but in construction there is no one size fits all. Most projects are low rise social housing for a reason.

@CircleLineBT Unfortunately that's not true especially in Belfast. Piling foundations, teams required and the concrete structure needed to support the loads would make the apartments hideously expensive. More suited to someone with deeper pockets.

Social housing is always better as housing.

@FundTheNINE As a man who lives near Glarryford, I’m unsure. The station is still there but would it have the demand? I suppose it does have a nearby park and ride going for it and it opens the doors to an Expansion of Glarryford
