@mcahogarth Fair enough. I can't say I fully understand. I know I have opinions that it would be imprudent to share, but I don't care. My position is that SFWA has great potential to help writers and it's easy to volunteer. My main problem with Dave is he doesn't acknowledge the good stuff.
@mcahogarth Recently SFWA went head to head with the new publisher of Analog, Asimov's, & F&SF about their contract, filed amicus briefs about the Anthropic Settlement, participated in the Copyright Office's review of the Copyright Claims Board. It also reviews contracts for non-members.
