@DeanCruddace Reasonable annual EBITDA multiple cash up front, spin up a subcompany with just your biz in it and give you big chunk of equity, plus some equity in broader portfolio biz to give you more long term upside (especially if you have influence/capabilities I can apply elsewhere).
