If you loved it at $187 you’ll love it here because it is a lower valuation right now. Dividend yield was about 70 bps lower too.
This stock market is full of opportunities. You have crazy momentum on the AI trade meanwhile there are lots of quality stocks trading cheaper than they have been in years, perhaps ever.

I have this affliction where I am constantly itching to, with any money I have, buy either stocks that have massively sold off, or fruit bearing plants.
Then when it has been a while since I’ve bought real estate I get fomo really hard and can’t stop obsessing about another property until I find one…
