@GetSpectrum anyone that reads this, please reconsider Spectrum as an internet provider. Parents are in Van Nuys, CA..no internet for 1+ days and no resolution in sight.. neighbor on Spectrum 2 blocks down was fine the whole time, no outage. They DO NOT F'IN CARE..

never fly JetBlue!!! they cancelled our flight, won't tell us what they'll accommodate us for, won't help us find flights on other airlines, either accept it or take the refund, won't tell us why our flight was cancelled (not weather related), #JetBlue #neverflyingjetblueagain

update: Our rescheduled flight to LAX is delayed!! No notice or anything. The flight before us is still boarding and all the boards still show everything on time. Thanks #JetBlue for encouraging folks to travel again

Flight was Thurs nite, resched to Sat night! Travelling with seniors, no info on what happ, why they canceled, basically told us to accept or cancel and find other ways home, won't tell us what would be reimbursed, SMH

@glinahan Sucks sorry.. this is ridiculous. We were scheduled to fly out Thursday night, they rescheduled us for Saturday night! Sat!!! Basically told us to accept it or cancel and find other ways home, won't tell us what they'll reimburse for accommodations, travelling with 3 seniors too
