@hijavedkhatri I use a human in the loop process. AI can assist with initial checks, but every piece is manually reviewed by a human for accuracy, context, tone, grammar, and natural flow. I also use a checklist/QA process so the final content is truely human reviewed than simply AI checked.
Imagine you’re hiring for a role and 100 applications land in your inbox
Now you have to open every resume, read through each one, compare their experience with the job requirements, record the details somewhere, and notify the HR team
That’s a lot of repetitive work.
So I built a RECRUITMENT AUTOMATION WORKFLOW to handle the first stage of that process
A candidate applies...
The workflow extracts their resume, AI analyzes their experience and skills, scores them against the job requirements, and stores everything in Airtable.
The recruiter gets a Slack notification with the candidate’s information and score, while the applicant automatically receives a confirmation email.
The goal?
Less manual screening.
More organized candidate data.
And more time for recruiters to focus on the candidates that actually need their attention.
This is why I build automations🍀🫂
I just helped another real estate agent in Alabama automate 90% of their DM follow-ups using AI, could show you the same if you're open to it.
Send this to 20 businesses on your Facebook and IG now!
Are you in?
Small milestone, but a big thank you to everyone who decided to follow along. 🤝
I appreciate every follow, like, reply, and conversation so far.
Just getting started
More automation, AI, workflows, and building ahead.
@ankittharol@grok Dropping mine Flowgent: automation workflows (n8n/Make.com) for eCommerce & service businesses Shopify product sync, lead gen, AI chatbot agents, CRM/HR automation. Built for teams tired of manual ops. Let's connect 🤝
@edwin1 $20K MRR is solid. As you scale, automation can take a lot of the repetitive work off your plate. I work with AI + Make/n8n and would be happy to share a few ideas for Levla.
@ninogjoni@Sarakhan49309 One thing I'd look at is building a lightweight growth dashboard that automatically organizes downloads, purchases, conversion rate, keywords and ad performance. Then an AI workflow could summarize the changes and flag areas worth testing each week.
