@Lipaurow @Whiteisraelites @O2 It looks like @O2 are cancelling all preorders and asking people to reorder, which means losing preorder bonus

[mike @michaeljjava]

@WHM_JAYCO @Google @O2 I have been waiting since the 22nd for a pixel XL which I ordered on launch day

[mike @michaeljjava]

It has been nearly 4 weeks since ordering the Pixel 9 XL from @O2 still no phone and no update on when they will send it, terrible customer service.

[mike @michaeljjava]

I ordered the pixel 9 XL on the 15th, it's been over two weeks.

[mike @michaeljjava]

Another day without delivery from @O2 after customer service said it would be delivered on 22nd, 27th, 29th and today... Not dispatch notice, only them saying BS. Promised call backs never happened.

[mike @michaeljjava]

Pixel debacle @o2 is terrible, a planned warehouse migration means that no phones are being delivered @TheRegister no contact, zero nada terrible service.
