Streaming services need to learn that you can't keep raising prices to reach profitability. Sooner or later somethings going to give and it probably will be their subscribers.
The rumour going around about Apple buying Disney is not so far-fetched. Sony did it in 1989. They wanted guaranteed content to play on their devices. They paid 3.4 billion for Columbia Pictures. It netted then owner Coca-Cola A nice profit.

Purchased item from Amazon 48 hours ago. Went on sale today for $25 less. Refused to honor price change. Purchased item again at lower price. As soon as it arrives I'll send the first one back. Cost of processing return will cost more than just adjusting the price. That's logic!

$6.99?! Being conservative, the bag, potatoes, labor to produce, and distribute is probably $1.50 or less. I have no issue with turning a profit but this feels like gouging.
Finally was able to visit Resorts World on the Las Vegas strip. It's a beautiful hotel and was spotless clean. The high point was a huge bubble LCD screen that not only shows images, but it reflects like a mirror as well. Amazing technology!
