@grok @AbdallahAlomaar @MrPitbull07@ceck_10@grok, the gap is so small that it's quite infeasible for a renter to sustain any damage from it. It's more than anything, am aesthetic defect. I don't think it's reasonable for a host to be required to list out every aesthetic defect of a property.
@grok @AbdallahAlomaar @MrPitbull07@ceck_10@grok, that looks like underlayment to me, I think the poster is just being a baby because the floor has a small gap in it.
@Shanemon81@CathieDWood Whether or not he receives an equity payment has no bearing on Tesla’s ability to pay salaries to its employees.
With Elon at the helm however, the company is more likely to achieve greater success and continue paying salaries to its employees and enriching its shareholders.
@coolidge999@SawyerMerritt@Tesla@elonmusk Agreed, I love the technology but after 4 months of fsd trials I found myself constantly turning it off because it didn’t drive the way I wanted too.
The model y handles so well, that I prefer to drive. The only way I would use it is to take over at night on a road trip.
After a year focused on my family, enjoying extended travel and many hours spent gardening and surfing, I’m excited to share that I’ve started a new company, Heron Power.
The electricity sector is struggling to keep pace with AI’s insatiable energy demand on top of the growing electrification of transport, industry, and buildings. Meanwhile, developed economies are deploying renewable resources at near terawatt pace in the face of strong headwinds from undersized, decades-old electric infrastructure long-due for renewal. As we transition towards a more sustainable, largely electrified energy economy, the need for more deployable, efficient, and resilient electrical infrastructure has never been more critical.
Heron Power is building cutting-edge power electronics for the 21st-century grid. We aim to unlock faster growth of the electricity sector with scalable, innovative, and less costly hardware solutions, accelerating the electrification of everything.

@scenicnights @MailinBallot420 If everyone worked very hard, would there still be wealth inequality? I think yes. Would everyone be better off, definitely.
While I agree that hard work can bring wealth, especially in todays society, you still have to worry about supply and demand if everyone makes lots of $$$
@MimCotton@wholemars Why would a rich person contribute to society beyond their first 100M if the government was going to take the rest of their profits? I know @elonmusk is donating his time and expertise to Americans free of charge, but you wouldn’t expect the average uber rich person to be so nice
To President @realDonaldTrump, @elonmusk, and @DOGE, you claim to support de-regulation and oppose government waste.
If true, then why are you allowing the Corporate Transparency Act to go into effect?
The Corporate Transparency Act:
· Burdens small businesses (time and money to file)
· Discriminates against small businesses (because companies that make $5 million or more are exempt)
· Discriminates against minorities
· Risks security breaches of personal information
· Wastes taxpayer money to maintain this operation
36 million small businesses are asking you to terminate this with an executive order or have Congress vote to repeal this.
@ReverseSplitArb@ReverseSplitArb good news! alpaca is another broker that is working with reverse split round-up. I've had success with $GHSI and now $NSPR. Alpaca is an api first broker, but they do have a website and app that let you do trades as well. https://t.co/BIP7kIQtlF
