@elonmusk Elon how bout a Dapp that uses Blockchain and zero knowledge proofs (privacy) to vote on where are money goes and track it. A tiered system would determine what percent you pay and some are mandatory and some are elective. Basically you can put your money where your heart is.

Compromise time. Let's say Roe vs Wade Is overturned and abortion laws return to the state level. How bout states or individuals who are pro choice pay tax for transport fees for an individual needing an abortion in a pro life state. Create a Dapp with mandatory & optional taxes.
