Holy shit. I’ve used ChatGPT every day for 3 years. Just spent 2 hours on Gemini 3. I’m not going back. The leap is insane — reasoning, speed, images, video… everything is sharper and faster. It feels like the world just changed, again. ❤️ 🤖 https://t.co/HruXhc16Mq
Whoop, a company that always claimed that subscribers would receive new features without hardware updates, and that if new hardware was released, subscribers would receive it for free, has today released two new devices and is asking existing subscribers to pay for them.
This is a clear example of them lying, and it is disappointing because I love the product and the company.
A coming wave of disruptive companies will be built by layering domain expertise over GPT3. The best of these will:
- solve complex problems, not just automate simple tasks.
- be exceptionally nimble - evolving as fast as the underlying AI does.
- use usage as a metric, not number of users.
There will be a lot of noise. Few will survive.
ChatGPT is coming soon to the Azure OpenAI Service, which is now generally available, as we help customers apply the world’s most advanced AI models to their own business imperatives. https://t.co/kQwydRWWnZ

Keep it simple. Reduce things down in every area you can.
Easier to communicate, execute, and focus on.
The most complex plans laid out in steps that can be tackled, are far more likely to be completed - done quickly & clearly - and with less redirection & errors.

Not everything matters equally.
There is always one task, one action, or one thing you can do that will move the needle more than others. Focus on those things.
Today, Denmark lifted all restrictions & COVID-19 is no longer deemed a "societal threat".
I led the country's largest behavioral covid-project (@HopeProject_dk) & advised the Danish gov.

Two traits were found to be the highest correlated with success (if you have at least avg intelligence):
1. "Grit” - everyone has heard of it.
2. "Self-Control" - Regulating emotion, attention, and behavior. No one talks about it, but they should. This one sinks a lot of people.
