@flatland_sports The key thing here is that he isn’t “eligible” to play. He is allowed to play while the case is litigated. Which is the risk tech holds if they play him, they could very much be stripped of all those wins, and even claim financial damages to the NCAA

Watch it get fun, if he loses his case, watch the NCAA sue the big 12/Texas tech for a portion of that money

You don’t need ships to escort, this isn’t the 40’s. Air support can be used to escort through the straight, which they already did

@ka_grieco “Cost” is subjective here. They paid for those f15’s, KC135’s, and radars what? 20-40 years ago? That money is spent and gone regardless if its shot down or not, equipment loss happens. it’s not like the bill pops up now. A lot of those platforms were being replaced anway.

Yeah no lol. there is a reason China is rapidly trying to develop a blue water navy, so they can project power. They aren’t there yet
