@Bmiles237 @RFreemyer The defense should be improved, Strawther can easily replace Hardaway and Demar doesn’t need to shoot 3s. We also added a real AG replacement, backup center that isn’t a cone, a real pass first ball handler and we have 2 wings that can defend at a high level.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@DerekBowe7 This is a retarded post :)
Whilst they haven't played great, they have played 5 playoff level teams and lost by 1 score in 3/4 losses. If a few calls and/or luck went their way, they could be 5-1.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@BozoBucksFan @KevinOConnor @GrantLiffmann You don't think the 4ppg is future allstar worthy?

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@GamblingEric @the_stug0tz @tmetcalf11 Playing as a starter doesn’t make you a better player. It is much more likely for your stats to drop because you can’t farm steals against 2nd unit ball handlers.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@POAdefenseFC In 2028 you will have about 215m tied to your starting unit with Jaylin Williams, McCain and Ajay Mitchell all needing to be extended (probably about 60m for 3) and this is 275m for 8 players and I’m assuming Caruso is traded. If you don’t win, I doubt your owner will pay the tax

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@the_stug0tz @tmetcalf11 Dyson Daniels averaged 1 more steal, 6 more points, same 3pt%, 3 more rebounds, 2 more assists and got 4/100.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@SamQuinnCBS Why are you trying to sound smart? Paying a 3rd string center 10m is not incredible value. He is also their oldest center. Quinton post is a better defender, shooter and scorer and he got 9m in rfa.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@StrawtherFC They are at 260m< without the extension. Surely Caruso and/or Hartenstein is moved. They then need to extend McCain, Ajay Mitchell and Jaylin Williams for 28-29.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@takinswag_ @RFreemyer If he is playing the 3, it means he is guarding the perimeter and Diallo is a much better perimeter defender. Just watch Diallo guarding Reaves and you will see what i mean. He is the best defender on the team by a mile (and he generates steals).

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@jdub_goat Shai went out just as sad as Jokic did. Let Jokic play some non all defense centers and you will see he is much better. The last time he played a center that wasn't an elite defender was Ayton in 2023 and he put 35/13/11 on him.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@NateDuncanNBA Jokic won 48 games with Monte Morris, Facu, Austin Rivers and Will Barton as the guard rotation. Not to mention missing MPJ. He is a much better player now and if you put him with Chet, JDUB, Caruso, Ajay Mitchell, i promise he wins the title.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@rxmart2 We don't need a PWAT replacement. That is Spencer Jones, he has a much better shooting history and i like his defense more. His rim protection and finishing at the rim is worse but for 16m cheaper it is fine. PWAT was too small to play the 4 anyways (same as Spencer)

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@NBABlackburn Take away those bs Luka 3s and they are up alot more.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@ProphetXLA Wait until you realise this means Jokic will just stand at the 3pt line and wait for some offball movement to get a look at the rim. Kessler being your entire defense is fine until the center can pull him out of the paint.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@TheNbaJerry Every time he played the Nuggets he gave Murray a hard time and I don’t think Wallace/Caruso can replicate half of it.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@HoodiiBron I would say this too if I saw my favourite player get raped 2 years in a row by the same guy.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@den_shorts They need to just stagger Murray without Derozan and play CB and Derozan as ball handlers with Jokic. Rotation should be Derozan, Diallo, Spencer, Brazile, Bagley. This Derozan/Tyus garbage has to go. Ball handling is not the problem, the problem is having no shot creators.

[Michael Murray @MichaelMurray67]

@goldenspirit155 The defense that has never been better with him off the floor?
