The police abused their powers if the arrest was due to the alleged reason. The law she was arrested and detained under relates to racial hatred. Being opposed to Zionism does not constitute 'racial hatred' it's a political ideology and not a race nor a religion. She likely has a good legal case against the police for wrongful arrest.
