This is part of why I'm not sure why people think there's a bubble. Even if only 10% of the requests are real, that's 47GW just in TX, just in the next few years. If only 10% of the Morgan Stanley number is right that's 10 GW short of demand nationwide in just 3.5 years. There's a game of musical chairs for power no matter if it's for data centers or anything else. Power drives everything.
