1. It would be less expensive to use something off the shelf (e.g. Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprtiner, etc...)
2. These vans are designed to literally drive mailbox to mailbox but that's not the reality. Most postal workers park and then walk.

I started something new this year. Running half marathons.

My first three races:

Carlsbad: 1:36:11
GovX: 1:32:20
La Jolla: 1:33:58 (935 ft elevation gain 😮‍💨)

It’s becoming addicting. Looking forward to more races. Hit me with any tips/recs for improving.

@claudeai Genius move. A lot of people are still hesitant about AI. But if someone local in their community walks them through it, they’ll be far more open to trying it. And once they start with Claude, switching becomes much less likely.
