@ouraring I'm on with customer service almost every week. All they say is the accounting needs to contact me. Their hands are tied. How do we get accounting to do their job and at least contact me.

Hey @ouraring 15 months ago I returned two Oura Rings. I never received the returned funds. I was referred to the accounting department 3 months ago. No word from them. Customer support can't help because accounting has responsibility. This is a terrible look, and illegal.
