Google Maps changed its URL from "https://maps [dot] google [dot] com" to "https://google [dot] com/maps".
Looks like it's not a big deal, but when you grant the location permission in your browser you now grant it to the whole #google [dot] com domain. 🤨

When opening a website from within the TikTok iOS app, they inject code that can observe every keyboard input (which may include credit card details, passwords or other sensitive information)

TikTok also has code to observe all taps, like clicking on any buttons or links.

I think I actually pissed myself. 🤣

I went to the Kroger Lion today and I was SHOCKED at the price of these regular blue collar food items!!

Thameslink stopped our train as “people tried to force the doors open” but everyone on the train train was sitting down. They stopped our train as they don’t understand the concept of Ctrl+Alt+Del. 😭

Just registering on the Eastbourne/Lewes council website and it gives me 5 options for a security question. Surely as a large majority of people who use this will have lived in Eastbourne all there lives, the first and last options are unsuitable? @LewesDC @EastbourneBC

@John_Bizzell Maybe… 😂

A man just boarded the plane, looked confusingly at the stuardess and said where am I going. 🤦🏻‍♂️ how did he even make it to the plane?

@DavidDesu Apart from maybe Minecraft, GT games are bought and played for years. I was still playing GT Sport weekly before getting GT7. I don’t do this with any other games, let alone racing games. The chilled out informative nature is like nothing else in the genre.

[Michael Vermaak @michaelvermaak]

Boo!

[Michael Vermaak @michaelvermaak]

@DavidDesu I still want Tokyo R246. That was an awesome track. Also the TC in GT7 is actually usable without hobbling the cars out of turns. More powerful cars actually allow some wheel spin with TC on. So much better.

The clever people at @NASA have created this deceptively simple yet highly effective data visualisation showing monthly global temperatures between 1880-2021. Watch until the end...

Who said that you cannot print GIFs?

[Michael Vermaak @michaelvermaak]

@DavidDesu Yeah the side missions lacked the same polish and thought as the main story. Looks like they’ve nailed it this time. But damn it looks like a true next gen title.

[Michael Vermaak @michaelvermaak]

@DavidDesu I agree. I can’t stand the in your face graffiti style graphics or radio DJ talking to you to explain things. GT7 is bringing back the GT that I love and it’s a game I think that only a Japanese studio could make.

It’s always amazing to hear a decent surround sound mix. The Witcher season 2 episode 2 is one of those times when the use of surround sound is perfectly mixed to the onscreen action. 👏🏻 #surroundsound #hometheatre #netflix #thewitcher

@gruber I have to say as someone who works in live events, a headphone socket is essential for video and music playback. Apple bought things back like HDMI which is better than a dongle. I hope their addition of a high impedance headphone socket shows it’s not going anytime soon.
