@michalpur Kontribuce developer nemůže promítnout do ceny, protože by ty byty neprodal. V každé učebnici ekonomie na straně č.1 najdete, že cena čehokoliv je určená rovnováhou nabídky a poptávky. Tedy nikoliv cenou vstupů. Kdyby to bylo podle ceny vstupů, tak by byty byly mnohem levnější.

@PowerslideMedia That's sad :( I know he's a family man, but quitting rallying is crazy. With the new WRC rules (similar to Rally2), he'd be competitive everywhere right away. He let his failure with the factory Hyundai get to him way too much.

@MBruunJorgensen Lance is still my favourite cyclist and that will never change. He won in a tainted sport, but he also managed to raise a huge amount of money for cancer treatment. Despite lying about doping, Lance deserves a great deal of respect.
