Dr. @MichalMankowski et al used simulation w/ optimization to design a Composite Allocation Score (CAS) for continuous distribution of livers. CAS reduced waitlist deaths by sending livers nearby for low-MELD candidates and farther for high-MELD/status 1. https://t.co/BG1E2O4vKO
