@Devin_Heroux I love your job too! You're an amazing and knowledge supporter of all things Canadian sports. Thank you for giving us front row seats to the action 🇨🇦
@WoundWarriorCA@Elevation_Pics@channingtatum@Nutrience_@nylabone Hershey always kept me grounded. Literally. A mama's boy who loved being in my lap. This kept me from making any rash (and possible negative) decisions. He was quick to comfort with any mood changes. Sadly Hershey crossed the Rainbow Bridge 6 Jul '21 and I miss him every day 😢
4/4 Today is the day to start the conversation. Talk about yourself or listen to a friend talk about themselves. Just remember to keep the conversation going. Mental Health doesn't take a break. So talk today, tomorrow & keep it going. TALK ABOUT IT

3/4 But I also talk for YOUR mental health. I talk so you know you're not alone. I talk so you know there is help for you. I talk so you know that it's okay to talk about it. I talk so you know that there is nothing to be ashamed about
#BellLetsTalk@Bell_LetsTalk
2/4 I talk for my own MH. I talk about my therapy. I talk about how I still have panic attacks & anxious moments. I talk about my dark days. I talk about my triggers. I talk about pride in myself at how I've worked to make my days happier & brighter
#BellLetsTalk@Bell_LetsTalk
1/4 When I was first diagnosed with PTSD I didn't want to talk. With continued care & therapy I learned to open up. Then you couldn't get me to NOT talk about it. And even today, more than 4 years later, I continue to talk about my Mental Health
