Abstractions, Intents, Strategies

At @EthCC last month, Chain Abstraction was one of the biggest themes.

It's about building a journey that removes the tedious, manual processes required to interact with multiple chains...

In many multichain user journeys, pain points include:

‼️ Assets living on different chains

‼️ Painful UX transferring those assets around

‼️ Front-end issues caused by incorrect balances

‼️ The inability to talk to different chains simultaneously

These problems need to be eliminated to provide an experience that is more palatable to users.

Meanwhile, intent-centric app architectures could represent a major, but important shift in perspective.

It shouldn't matter how we achieve an objective in Web3, as long as we get there in a secure, decentralized way, right?

Addressing chain abstraction and focusing on intent will surely help accelerate user adoption.
