@Budget I rented a moving truck in TX and prepaid for a dolly and never received it. Then was charged an extra $100 when I returned the truck for no reason (full tank of gas, returned on time, no other issues) getting in touch with customer service is impossible.

Second time now at the @Walmart in Florence, SC that I placed a pickup order for my husband, and he checked in through the app, called the store, etc and waited for almost an hour and nobody ever brought his order out.
