@lorraine I did once years ago. I saw someone lift a music system from a shop window while someone kept the assistant talking. I went and told them and they didn't believe me. Didn't even check. I'm sure they noticed the gap in the window display later on. Wouldn't do it again now.

@BritishGas I'm waiting for a refund. It's been a month now since I told I was due a refund which would be paid within 10 days. After numerous chats with advisors and many promises to pay my refund, I am still waiting for MY money. Stop fobbing me off and sort it please.
