@weareplantmade so disappointed great Marketing really poor Comms - I’ve emailed, texted and called and absolutely no response. I had a reaction to one of the products and had a basic question? I would have been an avid fan!

@AmazonHelp you have asked me to give you a crime reference number - which I have and then you had the cheek to then basically say that there’s nothing that you can do and to come back to you in August? For yet another parcel stolen in June? I want to escalate
@AmazonHelp@ajassy your staff are really rude and unhelpful- they are directing customers with lost goods to the police - for crime ref numbers? And then ignoring them once they give it to them. Your couriers don’t ring door bells or leave packages in a safe place #Disappointed
@AmazonHelp I’ve had multiple items stolen, Amazon have subsequently threatened to close my account as I refuse to pay for items I haven’t received. There are notes on my account to say DO NOT leave items on my doorstep - you continue to do this?
@TheRangeUK - totally appalled, practically ruined my fathers funeral and now you transfer me to a voicemail when I ring to follow up on a refund and collection that didn’t happen. Shame on you! I’ll never buy from you again!!
