@CrossCountryUK I really don’t accept that, like I said, I work in public transport and we plan for school holiday changes. You can’t give customers a weeks notice and think that is genuinely acceptable for the price we pay. Please link me to your complaints form.

@CrossCountryUK hi, can you help please? I booked onto the 07.40 from Cheltenham to Stockport two weeks ago via Agiito. However I arrived today and the train literally doesn’t exist?? Customer services here have no clue why?

@CrossCountryUK I think you’re missing the point completely. I work in public transport, I understand changing timetables for school holidays but this is absolutely ludicrous. You will have known you were changing the timetable so should not have allowed ticket sales until it was confirmed.

@CrossCountryUK But why have you allowed me to buy a ticket for a train that doesn’t exist when you knew you were changing the timetable? I only booked it two weeks ago and now will be late for a work commitment. Can I not get a refund?
