@MissG_Lambert@MrTs_NQTs I’m in the same position. Feel frustrated!! I actually stopped applying for a a few weeks as I needed a break from the disappointment. Thjnking of you and sending you good luck that something will come up! Xx
@smilingmedia@MrNickKnowles I really enjoyed the program-didn’t notice the shirt. What I did take away was the beauty of the setting and how you gave a different perspective to the usual view of the Grand Canyon. I loved your vulnerability with tight spaces and heights. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
@CherryMorrello Hire a car and do the golden circle tour. The wind is biting!! So make sure hat and gloves are windproof. Layers all the way and don’t forget your sunglasses!
@WhitePropertyS1 @andygrins @bedspolice My partner and I were shocked at the end of the program when you received a custodial sentence. So glad you’re home and sending much love to you and your wife.💕💕
@AdeSanderson You have been a breath of fresh air to the series. You have truly been there for not just Thomas but many others offering sound advice. I hope you find your rock as you so deserve happiness. 💕💕
@Headteacherchat As a teacher I always smile and welcome them in. I spoke to one parent over attendance and they said if they knew they were going to be too late they kept the child off, because the office staff made comments when filling out the late book. ☹️
@MissMCampbell@_Reading_Rocks_ The boring stuff - ID, DBS, stationery. Make sure you have your supply agency’s hand over sheets and time sheets with you. Some schools won’t allow you access to photocopy these so I always printed at home and had an abundance with me.
@MsPTeach1 Definitely do it. As a teacher I always email my children’s school to say thank you. Most recently to the staff who chaperoned the leaver’s prom. As a teacher I know how much being appreciated means 💕💕
@rlord77@hfj0108@MoreMorrow I was in same position, but my school put me through teaching apprenticeship. Have a look at that option. No way could I afford to give up work and go to uni for a pgce year. I qualified 2 years ago with Wolverhampton uni xx
@misswhittlex Totally, this! The hours spent on an application making it specific to a school, the constant checking of email in hope of an interview and then not to hear anything. 🤞Something will come along. Sending you 💕
@mrsbgteach@LTeacher123 My nqt year was vile - I wanted out. I’m currently supply and was desperate to leave teaching. Supply was just till I found a different job. What I have found is I love teaching and it was the school which was not right. Now applying for teaching jobs. 🤞 I’m successful.
@ZH956 @MrFranklinY5 @jonnybid@_Reading_Rocks_@Mat_at_Brookes I read this in year 6 - now in my 50s. Still my favourite book and still reread it now. I’m from Weymouth so possibly slightly biased!!
@bhx_official@jet2tweets We flew 12/4 from bhx. We used twighlight check in at bhx (11/4), we live local so was easy to pop down and drop off bags. Following morning we used express security and we were airside within 20 of arrival at airport.
@thatteacherguy_ I was an hlta and the school I was at taught Spanish. Neither myself or the other hlta who were teaching it spoke a word. We literally used a website which said the word in Spanish. Both of us spoke reasonable French so the school changed as we had subject knowledge in French
